Lovely flat in a great location. The studio apartment was double-bedded with a fold-out couch, and it was very clean and furnished in the IKEA style. The apartment had a great dishwasher, washing machine, and oven. The air-conditioning was first-rate and the staff were welcoming and efficient. The apartment was just around the corner from a supermarket and within walking distance of all the sights. The WiFi was excellent and the bedding was clean. The staff even arranged a limo for us to get to the airport. we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

Despite the great machines, there was a shortage of kitchen equipment which made cooking a bit of a challenge. The apartment was on the 4th floor, so there was some street noise, especially from the nearby club.

it was located in a good area to the main trains station rome termini. it was good to have a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a dishwasher, we could cook ourselves.

We had a great stay at My Extra Home. the location was fantastic, with easy access to sightseeing and the railway station. We were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the apartment. the staff, especially Martina, were extremely helpful and made our stay even better. We could have easily stayed longer and would highly recommend it. Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect. 👍.

The location was magnificent, 15 minutes walking from an oval amphitheatre. Accommodating and proactive staff, made the stay very very good.

We had a quite comfortable stay in Rome not far from the excellent Santa Maria Maggiore as well as the Termini station.

The place is so close to Roma Termini train station and major tourist attractions, metro stations, including the Central Train station, and the excellent Santa Maria Maggiore and Colosseum. Has extremely comfy bed, slept well. Has exceptional views.

It was marvellous next to the square of santa maria Maggiore. Furthermore, we were right by the center of Rome and the central station.

I stayed at a comfortable and convenient hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with numerous restaurants and shops just steps away. The room was clean and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. I loved being super-close to the train station and within walking distance to the Colosseum. It made exploring Rome a breeze.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a microwave in the kitchen. It would have been more convenient for quick meals or reheating leftovers.

My stay at the Residenza Dell'Olmata - My Extra Home was excellent value for money. The apartment was beautifully refurbished and had all the amenities I needed, including a well-equipped gym. I particularly loved having a private balcony and outdoor space, which added a nice touch to my stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, within walking distance of the Colosseum and other tourist sites. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and even helped arrange a limo for my airport transfer. I had a wonderful experience and would happily return.

The breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Rome. We traveled with our adult son, so having two bathrooms was a definite plus. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals, and there were supermarkets nearby. The location was great, close to the train station and tourist attractions. The staff were helpful and responsive to our needs. The value for money was excellent.
